The SDP Radio site is growing as the time moves on. I’m working on linking the pages I’ve done and will soon add some social media sites so that others van see how this thing is evolving.
I don’t have a studio per se, just a computer, some music, some recording software and a PDF program to produce the voicetracks. I record station ID spots that go between the music sets, put some voice-over clips in there as well, edit, and put the finished podcasts on this site.
I used to do some radio and enjoyed working on the air, but I now have speech difficulties caused by a stroke, so I write the texts and record the sctipts and insert them into the podcasts. Not a job, but as fun as anything I’ve ever done that I got hours of pleasure doing. Sure, it a bit frustrating at times, but it feels great when it’s done.
